I can certainly see the benefits here from a convenience and cost saving basis. The recent debacle where some account related to Twitter was hacked and the hacker was able to share the info-financial spreadsheets, HR docs, etc. would seem to be a powerful deterrent here.

I understand that increasing efficiency and decreasing cost are the main reasons to do anything right now, but based on most users’ password acumen (or lack thereof), it seems very easy to hack the password into GOOG Apps and then all data is available for whomever wants to see
